Course Content (Care Certificate Standards) This course covers all 15 Care Certificate Standards: Understand Your Role Your Personal Development Duty of Care Equality and Diversity Work in a Person-Centred Way Communication Privacy and Dignity Fluids and Nutrition Awareness of Mental Health, Dementia and Learning Disability Safeguarding Adults Safeguarding Children Basic Life Support Health and Safety Handling Information Infection Prevention and Control Workbook Component Participants will be provided with a comprehensive Care Certificate Workbook, designed to: Reinforce learning through practical exercises and knowledge checks Support workplace competency sign-off Provide evidence for employer assessment and compliance Encourage reflection and continuous professional development Target Audience This course is suitable for new healthcare assistants, support workers, carers, and individuals entering the health and social care sector, as well as existing staff requiring refresher or structured competency development. Course Format Duration: 2–5 Days (depending on delivery structure) Mode: In-person training with workbook completion Assessment: Workbook completion, practical observation, and knowledge assessment Certification Participants will receive a Care Certificate (with Workbook Completion) upon successful completion and competency sign-off.
