This course is suitable for healthcare assistants, carers, nurses, support workers, and clinical staff working in hospitals, care homes, and community healthcare settings.

Assessment: Practical scenarios, case studies, and written assessment
Participants will receive a NEWS, SBAR and Emergency Care Support Certificate upon successful completion of the course.
The certification is valid for 1–2 years (in line with organisational policy).
